Our Journey
SmartSteps was started in the year 2008 with the objective of adding value to students as well as institutions. We have started our journey with “Recruitment Assignments” from the corporates like Nestle, ITC, Max-New York Life, Sinochem International, Coromandel, etc. With our experience, we started handling senior level recruitment and we also gained the privilege of recruiting country heads/CEOs of some big firms.
We were fortunate to have a discussion with Mr. Sivakumar Surampudi, Chief Executive – Agribusiness & IT Divisions of ITC. He advised us to design a program that can uniquely transform graduating students into Readily Employable Resources. We started our first batch with mere 7 students and now we have completed 255+ batches and 4050+ placed graduates.
